Wish I could say that I am going in healthy to this meet, but I am not. Shoulders are not well and that has affected my power and strength. In training, I’ve not been able to hit even the same numbers that I did last meet, which is very disappointing because I was looking for new PRs. I’m okay with that. I’m going to go in with numbers that I know I can hit and enjoy the competition that way, and who knows, I might even get a platform bump too. Most of all, I want to leave feeling confident because there is a meet in the middle of January that I want compete in.
