Pretty solid day. Busy in the gym this morning, new faces. And when I mean busy, the addition of two extra people in the morning can make that place seem more packed than normal.

  1. Bench Press: 95×10, 115×9, 135×4, 165×5. 180×5, 205×5, 235×9.
  2. Decline Bench Press BBB: 140×10,10,10,10,8.
  3. Barbell Floor Press:  115×10, 135×8, 165×6. 180×5, 205×3
  4. Incline DB Fly: 40×12, 45×10, 50×8, 55×6.
  5. DB Farmers Walk: 95x 40, 40, 30 seconds.

NOTES: 24,505 lbs. 5 exercises. 24 sets. 70 minutes. 8/10. Playlist: Comeback Kid, Children of Bodom.
