5/3/1 – Row – Cycle 3.2

Today I gave my friend Moose challenge a try: take your body weight and barbell row it for reps. While I didn’t exactly stay on program today, it was a fun challenge! I swear I thought I was going to give it 30 reps – that’s what I wanted anyway. I think I wussed out to early.

  1. Barbell Row: 90×8, 115×5, 135×5, 145×5, 170×5, 205×16.
  2. Pendlay Rows: 10,10,10,10,12 (AMRAP).
  3. Rack Pull to Snatch Clean: 135×16, 245x4x8, 265×7, 315×3.
  4. Reverse Dumbbell Fly: 35×12, 40×10, 45×8, 50×8, 60×6.
  5. DB Scaption: 10x3x12.
  6. External Rotation: 10x3x10.

TOTALS: 27,910  lbs. 6 exercises. 26 sets 9.10. 78 mins.
