5/3/1 – Bench – Cycle 3.3

Meh. I am a little disappointed in the last volume set as my form seemed to be off, my body wasn’t tight/primed and the ROM was off… but oh well, here are today’s returns.

  1. Bench Press: 95×8, 110×5, 135×5, 165×3, 205×5, 235×3, 260×5.
  2. Decline Bench Press (BBB): 135x5x10. (These felt good.)
  3. BB Floor Press: 165×10, 185×8, 205×6, 225×4.
  4. Incline DB Flies: 45z12, 50×10, 55×9, 60×7.
  5. Farmers Walk: 95 lbs x 55, 41, 40 seconds.

TOTALS: 19,760 lbs. 5 exercises. 23 sets. 75 minutes. 8/10.
