I had a pretty good session. Nailed everything I wanted and was required to do.

  1. Squat: 135×8, 145×5, 180×5, 215×3, 270×5, 305×3, 340×7.
  2. BBB Squat: 215×10,10,10,10,12 AMRAP.
  3. Barbell Hip Thrust: 135×12, 205×8,8,8.
  4. DB Goblet Squat: 70×12,12,12.
  5. Seated Calf Raise: 90x15x12,8,8,9.

TOTALS: 32,915 LBS. 5 Exercises. 24 sets. 80 mins. 9/10.

All-in-all not a bad way to end up this training block.  Feeling strong and confident heading into meet training.
