5/3/1 – Push/Pull – 3.7

Intense. This session was intense and I decided that I really wanted, no just had to do OHP — which I did.

SUPERSET 01:

  1. OHP: 70×5, 85×5, 105×3, 130×5, 145×7, 160×7, 105x3x10.
  2. Barbell Row: 80×5, 115×5, 140×3, 170×5, 195×3, 225×10, 140x5x10.
  3. Rack Pull to Shrug: 140×12, 225×10, 315×8,8,8,8, 375×0, 345×3.

SUPERSET 02:

4. Chin-ups: 5,5,5,4.
5. DB Rows: 100×8,8,8,8.

6.  Standing Rear Delt Flys: 40×12, 45×10, 50×6, 55×6, 60×4.

SUPERSET 03:

7. DB Lateral Raises: 12×10,10,10.

8. DB Front Raises: 12×10,10,10.

TOTALS: 39,320 LBS. 8 exercises. 47 sets. 90 mins. 9/10.

I charged pretty hard at it today because next week everything gest throttled down for the next month leading up to meet day. Currently, feeling like dead meat. Well, a rest day tomorrow to recharge and deadlifts on Saturday.
