5/3/1 – Extra Work – Cycle 3.7

Woke up and didn’t know what to do my myself, decided to go hit legs and chest again.

  1. Squat: 135×12, 300×8,6,6,6, 225×12 (AMRAP).
  2. Rack Pull to Shrug: 225×8, 335×8,6,6,6, 405×3.
  3. Decline Bench Press: 135×14, 205×8,8,8,10 (AMRAP).
  4. Barbell Rollouts: 6,6,6,6.
  5. Barbell Hip Thrust: 205×8. (Feeling so dead tired at this point.)
  6. Seated Calf Raise: 90×18,16,16.

TOTALS: 38,867 LBS. 6 exercices. 25 sets. 73 Minutes. 6/10.

Really exhausted after this. Gonna take a few days off and then start my prep for the next meet. Hopefully have it all written down and on paper by tomorrow.

I’ll post that programming up when I have it completed.
