Meet Prep 1.2A

Full body deload this morning, driving through the snow and ice and the rare other drivers. Luckily I have a four-wheeled drive SUV.

  1. Squat: 135×7, 145×5, 180×5, 215×5, 215×10,10,10.
  2. Bench Press: 95×8, 110×5, 140×5, 165×5, 165×10,10,10.
  3. Deadlift: 135×7, 185×5, 230×5, 280×5.
  4. Barbell Row: 95×5, 115×5, 140×5.
  5. OHP: 70×5, 85×5, 105×5.

TOTALS: 25,350 lbs. 5 exercises. 24 sets. 8/10. 70 mins.

Part of this workout was to finish the fourth week deload from the last training block which is why you see the 3×10 sets on squat and bench press. Squat, again, felt heavy today. Ugh.

Anyway, get to test my lifts this weekend which I am looking forward too.
