Felt pukey again this morning. I hope I am not pregnant.

- Bench Press (M): 135×9, 150×7, 200×3, 225×11, 140×10,10,13.
- Rack Pull to Shrug: 140×10, 165×8, 195×6, 230×5, 265×4, 295×7, 230×10.
- Goblet Front Squat: 65x3x12.
- Dumbbell Flyes: 45x3x12.
- Push-ups: 15,15,
- Chin-ups: 10,6,5,5,4.
TOTALS: 38 sets. 319 reps. 39,600 lbs. 85 mins. RPE 8.875/10.
Scheduled today was bench press at the light 40-60% range, but when I got to that 60% set, I thought to myself, “that’s it?” MOAR! I did the moderate 60-80% instead. I think I might be taking the light day out and submitting with two moderate days and if that’s not enough and I am stronger than I thought, I might run two 531 days and one moderate day. If you think about it, all one is really doing is two sets of a 90% AMRAP a week, but I don’t know. I will run two moderate days next week on bench and see how it goes again. I may have to do the same for squat.
Good session today though. It took everything I had to muscle out those last two chin-ups sets, but the wonderful thing that after two days I’ve noticed that my back feels swole all the time.
