041X – 531 HMV (Extra Work)

Had a hankering to front squat today, so guess what I did over lunch? You betcha.

  1. Front Squat: 135×7, 5×170, 200×3, 225×3, 255×3, 275×1, 295×1, 140×10,10,8.
  2. Push Press: 45×12, 75×8, 95×5, 115×5, 135×5, 155×3, 95×10,10,10. Loving these as of late.
  3. DB Hang Cleans: 25×10,10,10.
  4. Seated DB Shoulder Press: 20×10, 25×6.

Front squats were pretty difficult, but considering this was my fourth day in a row squatting, not too shabby if I do say so myself. Otherwise, it was a nice way to spend a lunch period.
