This morning was pretty standard. I was a little worried if I would by able to hit the top set after so much squat work yesterday, but no problem.

  1. Squat (351): 135×7, 150×5, 185×5, 220×3, 240×5, 275×5, 315×5. 190x5x10.
  2. Push Press: 10×45, 65×8, 80×5, 95×3, 100×5, 120×5, 135×5.
  3. Standing Rear DB Fly: 35×12, 40×10, 45×8, 50×7.
  4. DB Floor Press: 55×8,8,8,12. (+5 lbs)
  5. Decline Push-up: 25, 12.
  6. Inverted Row: 15,10, 12.

TOTAL: 32 sets. 273 Reps. 23,870 lbs. 8/10.

Taking the advice of my friend Jimmer, I didn’t hit multiple top sets of 5 on the squat (but you know I wanted too), or push press. I still have one more bench press and squat day to go — tomorrow — and I might modify the intensity to be rested for next week’s peak.
