042E – 531 HMV

Not  feeling very pumped up today, so I decided to decrease the intensity — well, until I got to push press.

  1. Bench Press: 115×10, 140×10, 170×8, 210×8 (Had a 25lb plate on one side, and a 35 on the other. Whoops.), 140x3x10.
  2. Push press: 45×12, 65×7, 80×7, 95×5, 110×3, 125×3, 135×8, 140×6, 145×4, 150×5, 80x3x10.
  3. DB Flys: 50x4x12. (SS with…)
  4. Standing Rear DB Flys: 30x4x12.
  5. BB Hip Thrusts: 135×12, 225x3x8. (Still learning this one. Deadlift accessory.)
  6. Chin-up: 8,8,8,9,3
  7. Push-up: 25,15.

TOTALS: 36 sets. 332 reps. 28,465 lbs.

Still got a good workout in, was even tempted to do some bro-curls today, but ran out of time.
