Nice day in the gym this morning. No one in my way — not even myself for once.

  1. Squat (L): 135×12, 150×10, 185×8, 225×6, 145×10.
  2. Bench Press (H): 115×5, 140×5, 170×3, 215×5, 240×3, 270×7, 150×10,10,10,10,18.
  3. RDL: 135×12,10,12.
  4. DB Flyes: 55×8,8,8,14. (+5 lbs.)
  5. Chin-Ups: 10,7,9,8,6. (+5 reps)
  6. Push-ups: 20,10,5,5. (+5 reps)

TOTALS: 34 sets. 322 reps. 28,535 lbs.

Very happy I exceeded the rep goal of 6 on the bench press by one rep. I had maybe another one in me, but I’ve learned not to push things too much to protect the health of my shoulders. My bench is moving really well lately. Now, I just gotta fix my mental deadlift set-up. Bah.
