Wasn’t exactly sure how I was going to run the deload today. Instead of trying to plan it, I just went with what my body gave me.
- Squat: 135×7, 150×5, 185×5, 225×5, 185×10,10,10.
- Bench Press: 115×7, 140×5, 170×5, 190×5, 140×10,10,10.
- DB Flyes: 55x3x10.
- Chin-ups: 10,10,8,6.
- Push-ups: 30.
TOTALS: 22 Sets. 198 reps. 18,450 LBS.
Feeling pretty fatigued. My next micro-cycle starts next week leading up to my next meet April 30th — I want to be sure I am injury free and rested. Tomorrow push press and deadlift.
