Freestyle Extra Work Day 2

Decided to lift today. I didn’t really have a long time, but I fit in some bench and squat — making this five weeks in a row that I’ve now trained them three times a week.

  1. Squat: 135×8, 135×5, 225×4, 265×5, 300×3, 315×3, 365×1. I trained in percents of my true max.
  2. Bench press: 135×9, 185×5, 225×5, 250×5. I was seriously thinking about testing 315 lbs, again.

TOTALS: 12 sets. 58 reps. 11,820 lbs.

Today I managed to train at Delafied CrossFit — they didn’t even charge me the $15. Very cool. Really nice owners there. I may be dropping in here more to train — be a nice change of pace.

Oh, also, I suck at deloading weeks.
