Thursday Workout on Saturday 1C: Live Undead Edition 

Oh boy, lots of pain this morning, like a big ball of burning hate inside my chest.

  1. Squat (M): 135×7, 150×5, 185×5, 225×3, 260×3, 295×7, 225×12 (FSLS). Really labored with these. Felt like mandatory suicide.
  2. Seated DB Shoulder Press: 30×18, 35×12, 40×9, 45×8, 50×6.
  3. DB Side Lateral Raise: 12×10,10,12.
  4. Standing DB Bicep Curls: 20×20, 25×15, 30×12, 35×10, 40×9. Enjoying the pump of course.
  5. Cable Pushdowns: 35×24,12,10,10.

Totals: 24 sets. 249 Reps. 15,009 LBS.

Oh wow sneezing before I left felt like I was of born of fire. Returning from the gym I’m pretty dang sore. And I don’t know, for the last three days my traps have been in some pain too, like my chest injury is tunneling right through.

Might go to urgent care today (again) and then I think I need to go see a PT so that way I can rehab and reign in blood once again.
