Saturday and part of Sunday on Sunday workout 1D

Last night my daughter set two snares to trap that wassically Easter wabbit. As a consequence she slept on the sofa next to her traps, but my morning pre-game was thrown off and had to pick coffee up and train at another gym.

  1. Deadlift: 135×7, 185×5, 235×5, 280×3, 330×3. 
  2. Squat: 135×7, 150×5, 190x5x10.
  3. BB Push Press:45×12, 65×5, 80×5, 95×3, 110×3, 125×3.

Those deadlifts were brutal even if not that heavy. Also, these workouts take me forever. It’s taken me about 90 minutes each of the four times I’ve made it in to train — an unexpected wrinkle. However, I am finding that I concentrate on my form a lot more. Valsalva and I have become real close.
