Got up and thought about it, do I really want to go to the gym and deal with people, people’s disrespect of the equipment, and the cardio bunnies who look at me like I’m from Outer Space. Fuck no. Despite a chilly 43º, it was actually quite nice in there today.

  1. Squat (L): 135×7,7, 150×5, 185×5, 225×12, 135×20.
  2. Push Press (H): 45×12, 65×6, 80×5, 95×3, 110×3, 125×3, 140×8, 95×12. Wasn’t sure I’d make the rep goal on the top set (140×8) but did.
  3. Standing DB Shoulder Press: 25×12, 45x4x8.
  4. Shoulder Superset:
    A. DB Lateral Raise: 15x3x8.
    B. DB Front Raise:  15x3x8.
    C. Banded Face Pullers: 3×12.
  5. 10 Min. Metcon :
    A. 8″ Lateral Box Jumps: 15 reps. 6 rounds.
    B. DB Push Jerks: 25×10 reps. 5 rounds.

TOTALS: 34 sets, 326 reps, 16,005 LBS.

Squats felt on point today, especially that rack position behind my neck all the way through the movement. Take that DOMS! I wonder if all this jump work is helping? Anyway, big test when I squat heavy tomorrow.

Damn, I love my dirty, small garage gym.
