Got into the gym much later todays (2pm) and it was also different Anytime that I heard good things about (wasn’t impressed) and as a result things felt a little off, or was it all the hot sauce and cabbage I ate before training?
- Deadlift (H): 135×7,7, 180×5, 225×5, 275×3, 340×5, 385×5, 295×12.
- Snatch Grip Deadlift: 235×4,4,6,6,6.
- BB Hip Thrusts: 135×12, 225x4x8.
- 10 Minute Loaded Carry Medly, 5 rounds: 90 lbs Farmer Carry; 45 lb Overhead Plate Carry.
TOTALS: 29 sets, 134 reps, 28,276 lbs.
Feeling pretty spent after this session and considering that this is the lighter brisk week two of 531 it’s going to a challenging week next week. Hamstring still feels tender, and the chest wasn’t feeling to good this morning but nothing a good nap can’t fix.
