Pretty standard training day, but because of the weather (chilly 38º) I decided not to train in the garage gym but at Anytime. Wish I could have trained in the garage, I walk into a disorganized gym and the only two crappy foam rollers seemed to have completely evaporated. Jerks.
- Squat: 135×7,7, 250×5, 190×5, 225×3, 265×3, 300×3, 340×8, 265×12. Met rep goal.
- Push Press: 45×12, 65×7, 80×7, 95×5, 115×3, 145×9, 115×10. Met rep goal.
A. DB Floor Press: 70×8,8,8,12.
B. Rear DB Flyes: 30×12, 35×10, 30×12,12.
- Conditioning (30 rep week):
A. Chin-up: 8,8,8,7. (31 reps. +1 rep goal.)
B. Push-up: 10,10,10,25. (55 reps. +25 rep goal.)
C. KB Swings: 20x4x10.
TOTALS: 44 sets, 373 reps, 25,935 lbs.
Reviewing my squats on my phone, I thought that the depth was a little iffy (they felt deep) but reviewing the video on my computer they look fine — except for that last rep which I had to good morning up a little.
