Now that I am partially unemployed, I train a little later in the morning and boy was it hot this morning that I had to use the fan.

  1. Squat (L): 135×8, 150×7, 190×5, 230x3x10.
  2. Bench Press (H): 115×7, 140×5, 165×3, 180×5, 210×5, 235×5, 185×17.
  3. Barbell Row (H): 65×5, 105×5, 125×3, 135×5, 160×5, 180×5, 135×13.
  4. Shoulder Superset:
    A. DB Side Lateral Raise: 10x3x12.
    B. DB Front Raise: 10x3x12.
    C. Banded Face Pullers (Blue): 3×12.
  5. CONDITIONING (35 rep goal): 
    A. Chin-ups: 10,10,8,8. (36 reps).
    B. Push-ups: 15,15,10,15. (55 reps).
    C. KB Swings: 15×20,10,10. (40 reps).

TOTALS: 41 Sets, 388 reps, 26,616 lbs.
