I had a pretty good session today working singles on my squat.
- Squat: 135x2x7, 225×1, 315×3, 405×1, 420×1 (PR), 425×0.
- Spoto Press: 135×10, 185×4, 205×3, 225×4. With 5 second pause over chest.
- Shoulder Superset 10x3x10:
A. Side DB Raise.
B. Front DB Raise.
C. Rear DB Delt Flyes.
- Banded Face Pullers: 3×15.
S0 I failed the 425, but that’s okay and wether or not I go in confident that I can do 425 meet day, I know I have 420 lbs in my back pocket — gives me room to maneuver.
