State Meet Prep -01A1

A little sore this morning after some movement practice on Saturday. Still, excited to get in this afternoon and train.

  1. Squat: 135×7, 165×5, 185×3 205×3, 225×3, 240×3, 275×3, 295×2, 320×2, 340×2, 360×2, 385×2
  2. Barbell Walkouts: 405, 425, 435, 475: 30 seconds 
  3. DB Goblet Squat: 60x4x10.
  4. Hyperexentsions: 3×12.

Peak programming is in session! Too bad I am training them during resolution season. Anyway, I have to remember to work in commands as this work is as much as about technique as it is about building confidence coming off this injury.
