I now have a full-blown cold and with the little sleep I received last night, these reps were a little harder than they should have been.
- Deadlift: After warmups: 420, 445, 475 doubles, and a single of 495 lbs.
- Deficit deadlifts: 315×3, 335×3, 355×2. I cut these short because not feeling well. Did them on a 45 lb Rogue bumper plate.
It felt really good to pull five plates again. It’s funny, but Monday not enough room in the gym to fit a fart in, and today a ghost town.
Everything moved nice and quick and overall I’d say it was a nice, productive session today.
