Terrible sleep the last three nights but I got in and got the work done. This week I’m testing up to my projected openers and I think I found my first attempt for squat.
- Squat: after warmups: 340×2, 360, 375, 395, 405 singles.
- Squat Walkouts: 415, 435, 455.
- DB Goblet Squats: 70x3x12.
- Stability Ball Hypers: 3×20.
The warmups were painful, but once I got three plates on, everything started working as it should.
