I ended up at training at Primal Strength and Fitness this morning and had a great deadlift session. Thank you to Jimmy for allowing me to drop-in and train today.

  1. Deadlift: 135×7, 175×5, 225×3, 265×3, 305×3, 350×3, 395×11.
  2. Snatch Grip Deadlift: 205x5x10,
  3. 1-Arm DB Rows: 80×8, 85x3x8.
  4. Conditioning 3 rounds: Farmers Carries, OH Plate Carries, 100 lb Sandbag clean x10.

For not deadlifting in 3 weeks they were really moving well. I forgot though this was a Rule 20 so I had at least 9 more reps to do. Oh well. Anyway, reloading is going very well and on schedule post-injury. 

Can’t wait to get heavy!
