Oh why didn’t I properly eat today? Arg. Should have… everything was such a grind today.

  1. Squat: 125×5, 135×3, 160×5, 190×3, 235×3, 270×3, 300×12, 315×3, 335×3, 355×3.
  2. Military Press: 55×5, 70×5, 85×3, 105×5, 120×3, 135×7, 160×3. 70x5x10.
  3. Snatch-Grip Upright Rows: 70×8,8,9,10.
  4. Shoulder Superset: 3x12x13. 25×13, 30×10, 35×10.
  5. DB Curl: 25×25, 30×14, 35×10, 40×9, 45×6.

Finally got some grocery shopping done today, but with the military Press it was nice is be able to rep a plate again. It was very nice indeed.
