So dragging this morning! 

  1. Squats: 135×9, 135×5, 185×5, 215x3x8,11.
  2. Bench Press: 135×7, 185×5, 215×5, 225×3, 250x3x8,9.
  3. Pushups: 3×15
  4. Cable Lat Pulldown: 25x4x25.
  5. DB Curls: 25×25, 30×20.
  6. Tricep Kickbacks: 20×15.

4×8 work today for squats and bench press, both second sessions of the week. Really concentrated on not thinking about my squat cueing and just went and squat. They moved pretty well. 

Bench was a little tougher than expected, but they moved all right and is still magnitudes stronger than my reloaded squat.

Didn’t really care about doing the bro-work today and pull-ups weren’t happening.
