I was really excited to get in the gym this morning after a big breakfast today and a great day of eating yesterday.

- Bench Press: 115×8, 145×5, 175×3, 205×3, 245×3, 265×10 rep goal -1, 290×3, 305×3, 320×2 rep PR, 205×16 FSLS.
- BB Floor Press: 135×10, 205×8,8,8,10.
- Cable Crossover: 25x3x25.
- Cable Pressdown: 60x4x12.
- 25# OH Plate Raises: 3×25,15.
Really happy with these despite missing one rep. Only critique of myself is that my mechanics were a little off, I wasn’t as tight in the lats and upper traps as I could have been.
