Ah, a return to the garage and I was hoping that energy I had yesterday would carryover into today.

  1. Hanging Leg Raises: 12.
  2. Squat: 135×5, 185×5, 215x3x5.
  3. Bench Press: 120×7, 155×5, 180×5, 200×5, 230×5, 250×8 260×8 rep goal -2, 230×5, 200×12. 
  4. JM Press: 115×8 Can’t do these in my rack.
  5. DB Floor Press: 75x3x12
  6. Note: Skipped conditioning.

These were tough today and my garage a slick sweaty — dare I say moist — mess. So yeah, I’m a little disappointed, but it’s been a few weeks since I have benched opting out of benching during last weeks deload because I was lazy. Shouldn’t have skipped the work.
