Small muscle day. Delts, biceps, and triceps. Mostly a Bodybuilding session, but with an emphasis on keeping my shoulders healthy and assistance to the bench press.

  1. BHNP Military Press: 50×5, 65×5, 85×6, 100×5, 110×10 rep goal ✅, 100×5, 85×10,8,8,10.
  2. Bent-Over Rear Delt Flyes: 20×20, 25×16, 30×12, 40×10, 30×10.
  3. Face Pullers: 35x2x20.
  4. DB Bicep Curls: 25×20, 30×16, 35×10, 40×10, 30×20.*
  5. Tricep Pushdowns: 30×16, 35×12, 42.5×8, 50×6, 30×10.*

Didn’t have much energy today, still got the work done even if I wasn’t that intense about it. 

Tomorrow I Deadlift with my friend Brian.
