Made some programming adjustments after the first week and I think this will work better.

  1. Bench Press: 120×7, 155×5, 185×5, 255×3, 275×7 rep goal -1, 245×5, 215×14. 
  2. JM Press 95x3x5 (these were really difficult), 
  3. Inclined DB Press: 65x4x8.
  4. DB Floor Press: 70×8,8,10.
  5. 500 M Row Sprint: 2:51 seconds 

Pretty good session today even if I didn’t make all the reps. Finished the session with some general body building work, and I still have that chest pump.
Also, I’m going to add a rule 15 for bench top sets, and rule 20 for squat and deadlift top sets.
