Make up session today for being lazy on Thursday.

  1. BNP Military Press: 45×7, 50×5, 75×5, 90×3, 105×3, 115×10 rep goal +2, 90×8,8,9,12.
  2. Bent Over Rear Delt Fly: 25×20, 30×16, 35×12, 40×8, 45×8, 35×5.
  3. Cable Face Pulls: 35x3x25,20.
  4. 25# OH Plate Raises: 2×25, 2×20.
  5. DB Lateral Raises: 10x3x12.

All-in-all was a great session, even though I’m retreading reps I’ve already done before because I keep getting lazy on overhead work, which I shouldn’t because it builds the back and triceps which in turn build your bench and too a lesser extant your squat.
