I was having heartburn and doubts about training this morning,but that first workset cured everything.
- Squats: 140×7, 185×5, 215×3, 265×5, 300×3, 340×8 (rep goal +2), 340×7, 300×3, 265×12.
- Tempo 3/3/1 Box Squats: 265x3x3.
- Goblet Squats: 65×13,12,5.
First top set a little unstable but when I hit the next set of 7 my form felt dead nuts.
I talked a little too much today and as a consequence I had real long breaks between sets, but that’s okay, it was nice to get to know the other lifters there.
Later this afternoon, I will do the conditioning which I had to skip for my 11am client.
