Underate yesterday and today before deadlifting, but I have been getting pretty good sleep lately.
- Deadlift: 135x2x5, 195×5, 240x5x 315×1, 365×5, 415×3, 455×6,4,2, 415×3, 365×5.
- FB Barbell Row: 110×12, 140×10, 170×8, 200×5.
- 1RM DB Rows: 205x3x8.
That’s all I had time for today. I did go in with the intention of using the best form and having the best pulls on each since the amount of reps I was expecting per set was not that many, but then again, Today’s top sets represent 95% (of TM) so perhaps I am not as strong as I think I am.
