0104A – 531

After a fatiguing and underfed last week, its back to business as usual today.

  1. Bench press: 135×7, 155×5, 185×5, 200×3, 235×5, 265×9, rep goal -1, 265×8, 235×3, 200×12.
  2. JM Press: 45×12, 75x4x8.
  3. DB Incline Press: 65x4x8.
  4. DB Floor Press: 50x3x12.

Pretty solid bench day. I don’t know what it is, but it’s like I hit a rep plateau on 260-265. Whatever. Jerk. Also, more work on improving my setup and increasing leg drive, which seems to be getting better.
