  1. BNP Military Press: 55×7, 70×5, 80×5, 90×5, 100×5, 115×11 rep goal +1, 90×12,8,8,9.
  2. Rear BD Flyes: 25×16, 30×14, 35×12, 40×8.
  3. Cable Face Pulls: 35x3x25.
  4. 25# OH Plate Raises: 25x2x25.

Truncated workout today. Got most of my reps in, except I didn’t do any of the conditioning again.
