Slept okay and ate a light breakfast after a pretty good day of nutrition — despite having a bowl of chocolate ice cream after I closed my diary for the day.

  1. Squat: 135x2x5, 145×5, 185×3, 225×5, 275×5, 315×3, 345×9 rep goal +3, 345×7, 315×3, 275×10.
  2. 3/3/1 Tempo Box Squat: 275x3x3.
  3. DB Goblet Squat: 65×12,12,12. (Narrowed stance. Go up +5)
  4. Hanging Leg Raise 1 Min AMRAP: 
  5. 10 Mins Conditioning:
  • Inverted Rows: 15, 15, 12, 10.
  • Push-ups: 15, 15, 15, 15.
  • 35# OH Plate Raises: 15, 15, 12, 12.

Squats felt relatively easy, no like easy breezy. Quite surprised. Week by week my squat work improves which, in turn, builds my confidence. Also, according to the rep calculator my 1RM is now estimated at 449 lbs, a 45 increase since May 3. This is great news because by Sept 30th I want a 450ish squat up on platform.
