Make-up session for skipping last week and on Wednesday with this weeks altered schedule.

  1. BHN Military Press: 55×7, 70×5, 90×4, 100×5, 120×3, 135×7 rep goal +2, 135×8, 100x4x8.
  2. Rear Delt DB Row: 25×16, 30×12, 35×10, 40×8, 45×6, 30×4.
  3. Cable Face Pullers: 60×20,20,20,20.
  4. 25# OH Plate Raises: 20,20,17,17.
  5. 10 Min Conditioning:
  • Chin-ups: 5,5,5,5.
  • Push-ups: 15,15,15,15.
  • 42# KB Swings: 15,15,10,5.

I don’t know it is, but after the first set on OHP, I’ve been much stronger, like today. Also managed 4 rounds of conditioning and with pull-ups! Yay! Shoulders are rehabbed pretty good!
